Best results are achieved with multiple sessions in a short timeframe. I offer 1 month and 3 month packages where we meet 2 to 3 times a week.

This special introductory lesson is for new clients only. This first session requires you show up fully for 45 minutes with me so I can evaluate your mobility and fitness needs and build a plan for you to move forward.

Personal at Home (1 hour) – $50
Group (1 hour) – $15 (per person)
Recover Exercise 45 min – $35
1 MONTH
2 times a week – $365 (8 practices)
3 times a week – $565 (12 practices)
3 MONTHS
2 times a week – $1000 (24 practices)
3 times a week – $1600 (36 practices)
